Executive MBA at IAE Nice, Université Côte d’Azur: Marketing Case-Study with PocketConfidant AI

The students of the Executive MBA at IAE Nice provide recommendations for the marketing policy of PocketConfidant AI, a French start-up offering digital coaching powered by artificial intelligence.

The coaching market is constantly growing, with a large number and diversity of players operating worldwide. The increasing use of digital coaching tools provides growth opportunities for new players like PocketConfidant AI. 

The students of the Executive MBA at IAE Nice analyzed the coaching market to elaborate the marketing policy for PocketConfidant AI. “The ambition was to apply marketing tools to the business context of the start-up. The project was a great success and students delivered remarkable work with valuable recommendations for the company”, explains Ulrike MAYRHOFER, Professor at IAE Nice and Academic Director of the Executive MBA.

IAE Nice has established a cooperation with PocketConfidant AI, and the digital coaching tool developed by the start-up can be used by the students of several programs. The objective is also to develop joint research projects: Mohamed DIDI ALAOUI, Ulrike MAYRHOFER and Catherine PAPETTI, professors at IAE Nice, are preparing the publication of the case-study at the Centrale de Cas et de Médias Pédagogiques (French Case Clearing House).
