TOEIC: those who could not sit for the TOEIC Test, please enter the number « 0 » in the Toeic sub-chapter and download the following attached file.

You will be able to sit for the TOEIC exam during your academic year. If you are selected for an entrance interview, this interview will be conducted partly in French and partly in English.

Internships, Apprenticeships and professionalization contracts

Internships can go on, provided they can comply with remote working procedures.

Apprenticeship and professionalization contracts are employment contracts.  Remote working procedures come within the employer’s competency. They should by no means come within IAE Nice’s responsibility.

As in any employment contract, remote working rules and procedures should be put into effect.

Erasmus Students / Students abroad

The virus is severely impacting the regular student life, both for international and local students, as many university campuses are closing down. Regarding the situation of students currently abroad for studies or internship mobility, we strongly advise to all students to return to France if you can. At the moment, there are no specific repatriation measures, so you have to take the regular lines. You can contact the French Embassy or the French Consulate.

But we know travel bans are put in place in order to prevent and slow down the spread of the virus, for this reason, you should avoid unnecessary trips as this is one of the most effective ways not to make the virus spread and to protect yourself and the others around you. COVID-19 is highly contagious and even if young people statistically have a much lower risk of serious cases, one single person infected or carrying the virus presents a critical threat to everybody around them, even if they might feel fine.

In case your mobility has been cancelled - we sympathise with the loss of your exchange experience and hope your educational path will not be impacted by this. Interrupting your mobility will have no impact on your course. We will see on your return how to validate your year. Mobility grants are maintained.

We call upon all students to stay informed about the current developments in their host and home countries. We recommend you to stay in touch with your host and home universities and stay informed about the latest instructions given by your universities and national authorities with regards to respective health measures. Stay informed and follow the most up to date information from the World Health Organisation.

If you choose to stay on site, it is important to follow the instructions of your host establishment. Whatever your decision, please inform the Office of International Relations (.

Please remember that Iae Nice is still there to help you in any way that is possible in their current situation. Do not hesitate to approach us in case you cannot resolve your current problems. We are stronger together than we are alone. `

  • ERASMUS+

Students that have been selected for an Erasmus+ mobility for the autumn semester can start their mobility “virtually”. They will then be able to go on a physical mobility if and when the situation allows for it, turning their mobility into a blended mobility. In terms of funding, HEIs will receive OS for all mobilities regardless if they are physical, blended or virtual mobilities in the end. Also, when appropriate lower grants would be provided to cover costs of participants in case beneficiaries opt for replacing part of the physical period abroad with virtual activities. More guidance on the implementation of the lower grants will soon follow.

Events’ cancellation or postponement

All cultural and sports events are cancelled.

IAE Nice premises are closed to the public from March 16 onwards. All events to be organized at IAE Nice till the end of May are now cancelled and/or postponed.

There are everyday actions we can all take to help prevent the spread of all respiratory viruses

  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  • Consider alternatives to shaking hands.
  • Unless you are sick with cough, sneezing and fever, it is not advised to wear a mask.

distress), dial 15. Contact people at 15 will give you advice on how to behave. In any case, do not go to your GP!

Let’s stay connected. Let’s help each other in our respective neibourghhood. Don’t go out for parties, meetings, don’t take any inconsiderate risk.

Get in touch with people you know and support all health professionals that you know.

Avoid gathering socially in large groups

We need your help here, too. Gathering in large groups is not recommended – and this includes gathering socially. We strongly encourage you to limit interactions in groups. Reducing the density of people in physical spaces will help to prevent the spread of disease not just within our community but for society at large.

Even in small groups, we strongly recommend practicing social distancing.

These actions are based on general public health principles recommended by the Government. They are designed to protect everyone in our communities, particularly those at higher risk from COVID-19.
